Try before you buy

Every GDP Audio plugin can be downloaded and used free and fully functional in demo mode, with no time limit. The only difference from the licensed version is a brief, periodic burst of noise. Please try the demo in your own setup (your computer, operating system and DAW) before you buy, so you know the plugin works for you and that you like how it sounds.

Because the full product can be evaluated before purchase, and because a license file can't be taken back once it has been delivered, sales are generally final. We do issue refunds in the situations below.

When we refund

• It doesn't work and we can't fix it. The plugin doesn't run correctly on a system that meets the system requirements listed on the product's page, and we're unable to resolve the problem. Please let us try first — most issues are solved quickly.

• You were charged by mistake. For example, you accidentally bought the same plugin twice, or you were charged more than once for the same order.

• You bought the wrong plugin. We'll gladly swap it for the one you meant to buy instead, or refund it if you haven't used the license.

Refunds are not normally given for change of mind, for features a plugin was never described as having, or for problems caused by a system that doesn't meet the requirements. If something doesn't fit these rules but seems unfair to you, write to us anyway — we'll look at every request individually.

How to request a refund

Email support@gdpaudio.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number (from your FastSpring receipt), the plugin name, and what went wrong (for technical problems: your operating system, DAW and plugin version, and what happens). We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our authorized reseller. Approved refunds are issued by FastSpring to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the license from that order is no longer valid and must be removed from your computers.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom: when you buy, you agree that delivery of your license begins immediately, and you acknowledge that this means the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the license has been delivered — but the refund cases above still apply.
